Based in Watertown, Massachusetts, Seven Cycles emerged from the ashes of Merlin Metalworks — the pioneering titanium builder of the 1980s and ’90s.
When Merlin was acquired and production shifted, Rob Vandermark and his team of master framebuilders decided to start fresh — with one goal:
“To build the world’s best fitting, best riding, and longest-lasting bicycles.”
Seven remains proudly independent, building all its frames by hand in the U.S., just outside Boston. The workshop employs a small team of engineers and artisans who cut, shape, and weld every tube in-house.
That same hands-on culture drives Seven’s reputation as a global leader in precision, quality, and service.
