Built from real cycling experience
I’m Jeffrey South. I’ve spent more than 30 years immersed in cycling, including running a local bike shop, building custom bikes, repairing everyday commuters and high-end race machines, and working directly with the products riders depend on.
That experience taught me that choosing a bike is rarely just about a spec sheet. The brand matters: who owns it, what it prioritizes, how its warranty works, where service is available, whether parts can be found, and how the company supports riders after the sale.
